2025 Adult-Men's Fall Team Registration Info Package

BHE1 is pleased to announce details for our 2025 Fall League season!

Full details for Fall League are in this attachment, along with a blank team application form and a credit card authorization form for your convenience should you choose to use it.

The 2025 Fall season will start the week of September 2nd, 2025 and will run until approximately December 21st.

Teams are allowed a Maximum 25 man Roster.  Players are only allowed to Roster with one team for the season, including Playoffs.  Runners will have needed to play a minimum of 4 regular season games to qualify for Playoffs.  Goaltenders require 1 regular season game to qualify for Playoffs.  Only Rostered Players are eligible for Playoffs.  Rosters will be frozen at a date to be determined.

NEW: Following BHA Provincial Standards, we will now permit 16 year old players in Adult-Men’s.

Emergency goalies will be allowed from teams within your division or lower. 

Emergency Goalies are allowed during the REGULAR SEASON only.

We are allowing teams 5 Affiliate Players from the same or lower division.  These 5 Affiliate Players are only eligible for Regular Season, and they must be rostered on a Team within the league.  Once a player is declared an affiliate player he cannot be released and signed to another team.

Space will be limited, so if you are interested, you will have to act quickly if your team wants to register as we have already received a lot if interest of teams wanting to play.

The entry fee has been set at $4,090.48 plus G.S.T. of $204.52, Total $4,295.00 per team for FALL 2025 season. This fee also covers all players and team reps with Membership in CBHA as well as Alberta Ball Hockey, with full accident and liability insurance, as we will be getting our coverage through Canada Ball Hockey. Teams will be guaranteed 16 regular season games, plus playoffs.

Fees will be accepted via E-Transfers, Credit Card Payments or Cash.  All credit card payments will have a 2.5% processing fee added.

 Registration deadline dates are listed as follows:

               FALL 2025 Season

                              -Deposit    ………... $ 500.00 is due with Registration

                             -1st payment    ... $ 1,000.00 is due August 1st - 2025

                              -2nd payment  ... $ 1,250.00 is due September 1st - 2025

                              -3rd payment   ... $ 1,545.00 is due October 1st - 2025

Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule as we have to pay the Soccer Centre up front.

All other details are listed on the second page of this package. The third page is a blank registration form that must be handed in with your first registration payment.
